Thanks Mike! I tried to search, but couldn't find a matching style. Found similar stuff, but couldn't find a match for the life of me. Any idea what model number or name it is?
I do not know, maybe an early M7, or Emperor.

Any Simpson expert(s) out there know what model of handle this is? Closest style seems to be an Emperor, but I just wonder if anyone can confirm or disprove that...
Until you can give actual measurements I would go with the post right above your last as it looks to be exactly the same shape. The Emperor is much larger and only has one protruding ring, while your incoming brush has two. The Duke is the only other current Simpson brush that has two rings, and again, until you can post some measurements we can only speculate.

There are plenty of models out there that you won't find with research. It could have been made for another company and the company could have wanted their own model number one it. Who knows. Very nice score though.
Nice pick up! I would love to see another pic just like the last one, except with the handle cleaned up.

There ya go.
The hole is only 18mm on this handle. I'm thinking of widening it to 20mm due to a tiny chip along the hole's edge, right above the zero (plus I'd kind of like a larger knot). It's not visible in my pictures thus far.I moved the picture up into post #9 for side-by-side comparison.
