The Elderflower Gimlet

2 oz. Gin
1 oz. St. Germain elderflower liqueur
1 oz. fresh-squeezed lime juice

- Build the cocktail in a shaker or mixing glass with all ingredients
- Add ice
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into chilled martini glass
- Garnish with a slice of lime
