Green Eyed Gin cocktail. 1.5oz gin, .75oz lime juice, .75oz Green Chartreuse, .5oz simple syrup, .5oz egg white. Dry shake ingredients then add ice, shake, strain. Not bad, reminds me of a pisco sour.
So rare that I have never even tried it. Got lucky and got one bottle of 2003 when it was released years back. They only make 200-ish cases a few times a decade. Cool bottle to have in the cellar though. Maybe my 50th wedding anniversary wine in 25 years.Oooh. Nice! Rare stuff, I hear!
