Green Eyed Gin cocktail. 1.5oz gin, .75oz lime juice, .75oz Green Chartreuse, .5oz simple syrup, .5oz egg white. Dry shake ingredients then add ice, shake, strain. Not bad, reminds me of a pisco sour.

So rare that I have never even tried it. Got lucky and got one bottle of 2003 when it was released years back. They only make 200-ish cases a few times a decade. Cool bottle to have in the cellar though. Maybe my 50th wedding anniversary wine in 25 years.
Still on my shift (2nd) until 11:00 pm here in the US (EST). I got a bottle of Buffalo Trace and a bottle of Makers Mark, but usually Fridays are for cold refreshment, so it'll probably be about a half dozen Sierra Nevada Pale Ales when I get home.
Not my usual cognac but what I can get without driving into town. It's pretty good.

Last night found me enjoying a Texas treasure - Balcones Lineage Single Malt. Neat. The color and depth of the tasting profile is incredible.
