I have not had the pleasure of the cask strength.

Taylor-Fladgate 2014 LBV. I don’t get as much dark fruit from this one as other years. It is less sweet and juicy. I get pepper and chocolate in this somewhat drier LBV.

Classic daiquiri. Raw sugar cube, juice of a fresh picked lime, Luxardo cherry, 2 oz Calypso Spiced Rum (Yes. You must bend down to get it off the bottom shelf!). The strong artificial vanilla still comes through the lime juice, but the mixing tones down the alcohol sting of this inexpensive bottle.
