Congratulations! That's a really nice set!
The case is similar to or the same as this one, so my guess it's from the same time period, the '40s. However, the razor is of a later design than the one shown below.

No, just "Made In England" and "Gillette" in a diamond.
Then the razor is from the same time period also because the ball-end Tech was made from 1939-1979, but a date code was added from 1950 onward. It too must be from the '40s. Nice find!
Yep, and I would add that it should be from 1946 - 1949, because of the oblong holes (vs the triangular for the pre-war Techs). I'm not sure if that "rule" applies to the British Techs or not. One of the Tech guru's will chime in I'm sure...
