Please bear with me as I relate this story:
Day was kind of hectic so regular Morning shave was out of the question.
Got home at around 3:00 pm and the SWMBO had left for work...so nobody home. What a great time for a shave!!!!
For the last month I have been on the str8 and SE bandwagon. I went to the closet and a New Improved was screaming to be used. Loaded with a fresh crystal I proceeded to get ready. After the hot towels and the brush soak, opened my container of Gentlemens best soap and cream and proceeded to build a superlather. 3 passes with a cleanup with one of my str8's and probably the best shave in 2 weeks. BBS neck and cheeks, topped off with a splash of GB AS and shaving heaven!!!
But this is not the interesting part. The bowl of GB soap seemed awfully low. I thought better order some more...
but it sure seemed to go fast.... Looked in the shower and waaayyyyyyyy on the top shelf was a Tech with crystals in it.... went to my closet and felt my Rooney 3/1....it was damp.
Here the woman who mocks me at every chance about wetshaving....is buying in on the sly.
Well looks like I will not say anything except to order more soap, and a floppy brush for her.... and when they come..... let my mocking begin !!!!!!!
Seriously all my other soaps and creams are just sitting. If you have not tried the Gentlemen's Best line from Ray, put it on you wish list..(no association)
