just finished a little while ago.

easier and harder than I thought it would be. easier in that i didn't cut my head off and it went pretty smoothly at times; harder in that it took me a really long time -- shaving cream dried up in spots a couple of times while i tried to figure out how to use my left hand without lopping off an ear.

however, did two passes, not very well, but no cuts.

i couldn't go to work like this, but it's a start.

i don't post much but i check in at b and b daily.

strop arrived yesterday and first straight razor arrived today.

the left hand thing is going to be a real challenge.

Good for you. Now just keep working on your technique. Mine is just now starting to come together, and I can honestly say that the straight shave is indeed better that the DE shave.
