I like to be able to tell what time it is when I look at my watch.

Well, I didn't buy one...... this time. Both times, I had 2 Colt Officer model magazines in my hand, both times I left them laying on the counter over the watches.

I don't think I'm going back a third time. Not today anyway.

Here is how you have better luck. You go to the local jeweler, walk past all of the watches and buy just the gun you are after.

Gents, in the world of watches, 1.5mm to 2mm makes a big difference. This new 43mm Lunar Pilot is beautiful.

I’ll size the bracelet, try on the leather NATO and do some side-by-side comparison shots with the original 45mm Lunar Pilot tomorrow.

But have a look-see. It certainly did not disappoint.

Btw, I may be well on my way to becoming a “no date window” guy.

I'd beg my lovely bride for one of these if it were a tad bit smaller. How big were the original ones, in the hay day of the US Space Program? I THINK I would like 39mm?

The MoonSwatches? They’ve come down in price after the initial hype. They are nice looking but, still just a plastic watch I think.
