Wal-Mart no longer selling Wilkinson Trac II/Atra carts?

So I go into Wally World yesterday to pick up another package of Wilkinson carts and they don't have them (oh they've got the Gillette carts, but they're $16 for a 10 pack, and these only fit one razor...Atra and Trac II carts from Gillette aren't interchangeable like the Wilkinson carts are). There was a lady stocking the isle so I asked her about them. She said there was no longer a spot for them so it looks like WM has stopped carrying them. WTH? I can't imagine they don't sell (considering the Wilkinson carts seem to be every bit as good as the Gillette's at 1/5 the price). I can't imagine why they'd still be selling the Gillettes and not the Wilkinsons. Doesn't make any sense. Are there any other local retailers that sell them, or are they only available on the internet now, or have they been discontinued altogether?

I only know the old style Wilkinson Sword Profile, without the lubrication strip.

Those Wilkinsons are a bit sharper than the Personnas, and also last a bit longer (7 days versus 5 days). But those Personnas are unbeatable for the price, I think.

I used my first Wilkinson Sword cart razor on Sunday (6$) and it was awesome. Occasionally I will use a cart razor to shave my head when i'm in a hurry. Nice clean, smooth shave from it for sure. A 4 pack of blades are only 6$ as well.

I found them on Ebay (NOS from the 90's) for a much lower price.

I don't know where you bought those, but that is very expensive. Wal-Mart sold them in a 10 pack for $3.50...

I believe the OP is referring to the Wilkinson Tech 4 razor. 4-pack of carts for $6. The Wilkie Tech 3s are $5 for a 4-Pack at Wally World.

You are correct, sorry for the confusion fellas. The Tech 4 was the razor I was referring to.

I've now started checking the razor isle whenever I go into a Wal-Mart. Last week I went into the Wal-Mart in Morris, IL and they had a whole peg full of the Wilkinson Trac II blades. The price on them was $5 for a 10 pack, which was $1.50 more than I usually found them for at WM, but considering I haven't been able to find them anywhere else, I picked up 3 packs. When I got home I looked at the receipt and found that they only charged me a $1 a pack...they must have been on sale and had I known this at the time, I would've bought them all, but I wasn't gonna drive another 2 hours there and back to get them.
