Wade Butcher Restoration Advice Needed

Hi Everyone,

I won this WB Medium Hollow Ground Razor on the Bay.

I got it yesterday and it looks to be a decent shaver. It feels more like a 1/4 hollow ground, has great handling. It however, has some rust and is showing tis age. I want to get it restored to formal glory so that I can enjoy shaving with it on a daily basis.

I am assuming it will need polishing, honing and cleaning of the scales.

Any advice/ inputs on what to do and who should I go to?? Also, how do I find out the age of the razor??

The scales don't look too bad.

To clean the blade, I would start with a metal polish first and see how you go.
