Wade and Butcher in Walnut

I sent my wife's grandfather's Wade and Butcher blade to Max at vintagerazors to be restored and while he was doing that I put together my first set of scales. Walnut finished in CA with a Orange and White wedge to match my Orange, White and Walnut Ever-Ready brush Restore. The blade came back amazing and I have to say i think I did better on the scales than I expected. Criticism is welcomed guys.

Pictures are a little dark. They were taken at night in my bathroom.

That's the first set of scales you've done? WOW :thumbup1:
I love the orange! Well done!
Wish I had some sort of craftsman skills. You'll enjoy that shave for sure!

Thanks guys. It was certainly a fun experience. I have a Boker I am looking to restore next. Thinking some type of acrylic.

Wow, that looks great. Nicely done, and cool composition in the photo with the brush.
You should be proud of yourself.
