"Vintage" Razors to look for?

I am sorry---I know I saw a thread on this but I can't find it. What are some of the names of vintage razors to look for in antique shops, yard sales, etc? I want a couple which I will use.

I can vouch for the Wostenholms, I have three. Bismarcks are great too.

Basically, If it's stamped as being from Stolingen, Sheffield, or USA, it's a fair bet that it's pretty darn good for a vintage razor

If it's not got a name attached to it, yet it's claimed to be 'vintage', beware, I know some people sell Pakis and other crap razors on the 'bay as being just that.

oh yeah, and the 'razors to avoid list' from SRP is a pretty good summation of what to run far far far away from

There are hundreds and hundreds. Its easier to say what you should avoid. Anything made in Pakistan or India and most made in China though there are a couple from China people seem to find competent. Check the Wiki on SRP.
