Anyone have any experience with this fruit? The only thing I do with it is pickle it. It ends up tasting like pickled mango. Can’t really think of anything else.

Pickled apple that doesn’t sound very good but I love a good fermented anything.
Pickled apples might not be nice (I have never tried it) but brined apples are a delicacy. So are crab apples and watermelon.
