Value and dating of a GEM G-bar??

I've been searching for half the morning and I can't find any definite answers to these questions:

1. What's a fair price for a GEM G-bar in mint condition?
2. What decade/years was this model produced?
2. Is there a way to identify a specific date on this model?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

They seem to be going for $10 - $25 mint on the Bay....Intro late 50's - don't appear to have special date markings.
A relatively mild shaver in the SE world....
