Greetings all. I picked up what I thought was, and what appears to be, a Schick type O (Japanese?). It's unused, had a metal blade blank in the head (Blank is thicker than I've seen on E, L, & M types) and came in a sealed plastic bag vice the bubble pack/card. On the surface it appears to be a type O Japanese, but there a re no markings on it anywhere (See pictures). And nothing (Markings) seems to have been rubbed off or removed as there's no finish loss or wear. It's new and unused. Odd. Did a couple internet searches but came up with nothing. Any ideas what I have and why it's not marked? Thanx.

I loaded up a Plus Platinum in it and gave it a go. Not real impressed. Razor feels nice in the hand and handles well, but doesn't give a close, smooth shave without applying pressure and a lot of buffing touch ups. Which then causes some razor burn. Have some Personna twins on the way, will give them a try in this.
