Two shave dens

So last night I had to shave in a different bathroom to avoid waking my daughter up. I had to move all my shaving stuff to do so. I got me thinking that perhaps I should leave some shave stuff in my other bathroom. Then I realized that in the two short months I have been using DE safety razors that I already had enough stuff to fully stock a second shave den.

Based on what I've read here, and my own sad foray into the world of collectibles, I'd hazard a guess that five randomly chosen B&B members could easily fill up stately Wayne Manor with their extra shave stuff.

(Just saw the Batman movie, so couldn't resist)

Sounds perfectly reasonable to me. Your careful planning has helped you to avoid the horrific possibility of waking your daughter. Well done good sir! You are to be commended for your parenting.

Yea, I've been there. I split my time between two homes and within a couple of months I had enough stuff to have a full shaving setup in each rather than worry about carrying stuff back and forth. That's not so bad. What's bad is when you realize how easily you can fully equip friends and family with your cast off supplies.

If you really want to help your daughter out, you should just take over the entire second bathroom and make it your own. Preferably, the bathroom right next to the man cave.

You may be on to something. The other bathroom is in the basement next to my home theater room and coffee bar. Plus heated tile floors in the winter

OOO, this I like. Have a contingency bathroom already set up in case of a disaster (biological or otherwise) in the first. Excellent plan and one that I would implement immediately if I had another bathroom.

Nothing wring with that... we have a guest bathroom up stairs that I have claimed as my shave den and that is where I primarily do my work. I do also keep a skeleton supply in our master bathroom in case I want to change it up a bit.

I setup a small shave den at my mother-in-laws house, its really convenient. I only keep a brush, razor, 3 soaps, and pre-shave oil. (I am very fortunate, she is a really sweet lady.)

I keep a seperate setup at my parents house (about 150 miles from me). I have been doing this since long before my DE days. I even bought a shower mirror to use there, as I am a shower shaver.
