Turkish Coffee

Recently had the opportunity to enjoy a finely crafted Turkish coffee while visiting some friends in Montana. Went way beyond any Turkish I had ever had before and pushed right on into the realm of "etherial". Might have had something to do with the environs and company that I was keeping, but I've always found that it's best not to overanalyze a transcendent experience.

Cheers,
JW

Turkish coffee is great stuff! I learned how to make it from my Stepfather. He's Armenian, so he calls it Armenian coffee. ;) You know...I haven't had some in a long time. I'm gonna make some today!

Great tradition/skill to have passed down to you. Enjoy your coffee!

The coffee that I enjoyed while visiting Istanbul on vacation was some of the best I have ever had. It's funny, because they serve a coffee with extra water called an Americana.
