Traveling to Portugal

I love my Semogue Owners Club and would love to get another brush as a souvenir of the trip. We will be in Lisbon, Porto, and Lagos over 2 weeks. Any suggested local vendors I should check out? TIA!

Sounds a lot like my trip! Alas I don't have any suggestions for local vendors. I just wandered into a barber in Lisbon for blades and picked up a wee boar from the Time Out Market for a souvenir.

Portugal is amazing. Have a great trip!!!

In some barbershops you may, and in the El Corte Inglés department stores in Lisbon and Gaia Porto (on the other side of the river) you will find the excellent Antiga Barbearia de Bairro stuff, but you could order cheaper online from the following source and have it shipped to your local Portuguese address: Resultados de pesquisa por: 'antiga barbearia de bairro' | Loja da Barba - https://www.lojadabarba.pt/pt2/search/antiga+barbearia+de+bairro

They also have a selection of Semogue shaving brushes, but for Semogue the best source might be: Vintage Scent – The Vintage Scent Shop - https://vintagescent.com/

Loja da Barba and Vintage Scent are both online stores.

For brick and mortar, Ach. Brito have a brick and mortar factory store (20 mins by car) north of Porto, but they do online sales as well: AchBrito – Soap Shop – Loja dos Sabonetes - https://achbrito.com/pt/?lang=en
This is strictly Ach. Brito (including Musgo and Mogno), but none of the Ach. Brito Musgo Real stuff.
Their Lavanda shaving cream and EdC are also worth looking at.

If you want Musgo Real, they have stores in Lisbon and Porto, but for the price of Musgo Real I rather buy Antiga Barbearia de Bairro; but in any case, here is the link to the Musgo Real brick and mortar stores: Lojas Claus Porto - https://clausporto.com/pt/our-stores

Enjoy Portugal 🇵🇹, a great place to visit and their wines (try the local grape varieties) are excellent and a steal for the money…

Lisbon is my favourite city in Europe. Easily walkable and local transp9rt to nearby places.
Not sure about shaving stuff.
Be sure to try the local sweet custard tarts. One thing I found odd were the long queues for tinned sardines!

I DO like my sardines... Might be werthy of a trip my friend!

I was surprised how hard it was to find any traditional shaving products in Portugal when I visited 8 or so years ago.
What I did find was very expensive.

In both regards (selection and prices of traditional wet shaving gear) I find Italy and Spain a lot more interesting.

However, Portugal has excellent sea food ... I'd focus on that instead ....

Addendum.

How could I forget??

If you happen to be in Lisbon’s Baixa (lower town) near Praça da Figueira/Rossio square (Which tourists doesn’t go there?), there are two old-fashioned drogarias (loosely translated: chemists’, drugstores) within 5 mins walk.

Drogaria Central, Rua da Prata 192, 1100-422 Lisboa (Mo-Fr 9am-7pm, Sa 9am-6:30pm)

and
Oriental Drogaria And Perfumaria, R. dos Fanqueiros 238, 1100-619 Lisboa (Mo-Fr 9:30am-7pm, Sa 9:30am-3:30pm)

They are literally a stone’s throw from each other and well worth the visit.
