Toy or trimmer, what is this?

I had to buy this, just because I didn't know what it is.
I can't tell if this is meant to be a trimmer, or a realistic toy.

Although I'm not familiar with that particular razor, I tend to agree that it is likely a ladies razor. It appears to be about the same size as some other models that I have seen.

I have to wonder if it might even take the same blades as the "Laurel Ladies Boudoir Razor" which has been discussed here in earlier threads . . . It looks to be of similar size. The blades for the Laurel measure about 1" x 1/2".
