Top Notch Service from Vintage Blades

I had a problem with a Slant I ordered. Merkur had slipped in their QC department, so once you took the top head off, you saw a horror show of bad chroming, like I used to see when I was building model cars and someone had fell asleep when they were chroming the plastic.

Sent it back for a replacement, waited two weeks, then wondered what happened. Emailed Jim, who promptly apologized and sent out a replacement by Global Priority. Included as an apology was a tube of Taylor's Sandalwood!

The mark of good customer service is not failing to make mistakes (because everyone does), but what you do when you make a mistake. Jim has my support for future business for sure!

It was all you guys ordering 38Cs that overwhelmed the poor fellow. :lol:
 
Jim sent me an E-mail on Saturday that my order was shipped, out, and that includes a "heavily recomended" new 38C, cannot wait.. happy happy joy joy.......:001_smile
