My elliptical fatigue seems to occur about two hours after my session. It subsides but it is noticeable for a few minutes.

Hope your 'numbers' are good!

Update. Well, overall I am pretty happy. I had dropped 15 more pounds sine rhe last time I saw the doc. Which was this month last year. What I really lime is that while I was weighing myself at around 200 lbs in my underwesr, the doc weighed me at 200.3 with all my clothes and shoes on! So I have actually lost about 65 pounds. Woot.

Bloodwork. I got a cursory call yeaterd abd while they did not give me exact figures for anything but cholesterol, the nurse said they were all well below normal or ideal range. Score. Now the cholesterol thing is making me crazy. I have always run about 188-200 or so since I was in my early twenties. With all my cutting of high fat foods I don't get it. He recommended red yeast rice tablets. He knows I distrust the long term effect of statins and won't take them. So, we will see what next year brings.

Cholesterol is a scare tactic. Stress is worse for you than your cholesterol. Don't worry about it.

I kind of get it when it comes to the cholesterol scare tactics. Consider this. Historically my total cholesterol runs 185-200 ish. After losing all this weight, cutting out heavy fat laden meals, etc. It was 227. Hmm. Lets see. The HDL was 57 which is a good number by most any standard. The LDL was 154. The Triglycerides were only 56. Yet my health quest deal at works lists me as a bit of a risk so naturally I get no points toward discounts or bonus cash in our HSA. Sorry, but this is ridiculous. They always grumped about ratio of H to L cholesterol but I raised the HDL by about 20 numbers with NO drugs or supplements. Just hard work, better diet, etc. And it counts for...nothing.

Then if you do a bit of research you will typically find a very emboldened disclaimer on every bottle of statins sold stating to effect; This product is not proven to lower the risk of heart disease. Yet they are handed out like candy. And no one can provide me with a single long term study on the effects of statins on liver function. No on really knows what it is since a 30-40 year historical index would only now be coming into play. I won't risk liver function for the so called peace of mind of lowering your cholesterol level. That's just me though. It just irks me that one danged reading is influencing my whole healthcare cost next year. I hope I can remedy this.

Unacceptably Lasering Chicken Giblets?
You had to go and set me off!
Diabetes!!
The diets they want me to eat keep my A1c in the 7’s. So more insulin.
So I eat very few carbs and lots of fat and moderate amounts of protein. And lots of exercise. A1c? 5.4 last few visits!
Oh but the specialist says that my diet is not good for me. All levels normal with the cholesterol.
I have come to the conclusion that the drs and drug companies are all in cahoots!! There can be no other reason.
