Received today & the consistency is not like my TOBS Sandalwood. Kinda watery & separated. Is it normally like this, or did the heat screw with it in shipping?
TOBS creams are known to have different consistensies among the different scents. So a different consistency is not unexpected, but it shouldn't be separated. Stir in it, and leave it in the fridge overnight, and it should turn into whatever it is supposed to be. Soft creams do change with heat.
