I was doing some Christmas shopping online the other day and needed another $10 for free shipping so I picked up a Kershaw half ton pocket knife for about $12. Does anyone here have experience with them? Most of the reviews I read online were positive.

I am a complete Kershaw convert for pocket knives. You can't go wrong!
Don't have experience with that one in particular, but I know Kershaw knives to be a damned good knife for the money.

It arrived in the mail last night. So far it seems like a solid knife. Its sharp right out of the box, has a nice heft to it, and it fits my hand better than most small knives do.
It's very heavy for such a small blade. Fairly thick blade, decent steel. For the price it's certainly OK.
Good price. Kershaw makes good knives, but a half ton seems like more than I care to lug around. YMMV.
I like any of the USA made Kershaw knives.
I "won" my first Kershaw knife in our company Christmas white elephant gift exchange. It's one of the Ken Onion Leeks like this. Dang good knife and scary sharp.
