Thorogood boots

Anyone own a pair of Thorogood boots? They're made in the USA like redwing heritage, Chippewa, etc. but pretty cheap. I just ordered a pair from amazon for less than $100 after using the 20% off coupon, they have vibram soles so they can be resoled. What do you guys think??

Never heard of them either but they do look good..Let us know how they work...My last pair of J&M was a disaster! I need something good but light wt.

I don't own Thorogood boots specifically but will eventually buy a pair. If you have a Mills Fleet Farm in your neck of the woods they sell their 'Field & Forest' house brand of boots which are rebranded Thorogood boots. I believe the Duluth Trading Company also sells their own house work boots as well that are rebranded Thorogood boots.

I wear Thorogoods, they are great boots. In 2012 Thorogood started making boots with their new MaxWear sole. I have a pair and the sole lasts much longer than the Vibram.
