Well I have Shin kai , Pelikan 4001 , Robert Osters blue night and just recently got some Montblanc Midnight blue carts and the Sailor jentle blue black and i really like the cheapest one the 4001 the best haha as it just looks more like i think a blue black without being too dull.

Not sure if it is perfect, but I have about 20 ounces of Sheaffer's Skrip Permanent Blue-Black that will last me a long time. Not my my favorite color but found a case of it while cleaning out an old office closet so I kept some.
Another BB that you can try is Rohrer & Klingner - Salix, but you have to leave in your pens some days in order to get more saturate color, is a nice ink to try.
