The holiday season is fast approaching, so in the spirit of community and generosity that is so common here on B&B, I present the 2013 Holiday Mug Exchange! The idea is for B&B members to spread a little holiday cheery sending each other coffee mugs, filled with goodies. Nothing too extravagant; maybe some chocolates, holiday coffee, or a soap sample (this is B&B, after all!).
This exchange is open to ALL B&B members. If you choose to participate, reply to this post, with the usual "I'm in" for something similar (really, just make it clear that you want to participate). Also include in your post where you live, and whether or not you would be willing/able to ship a mug internationally. I understand that international shipping is expensive, so it's ok if you can't spare that extra expense (budgets are tight enough this time of year!).
The list will be open until December 4th, at 10:00 PM, EST. I will post the official list sometime on December 5th.
Once the list is up, and mugs start shipping out, I'll start a "Mug Shots" thread, where you can post pictures of what you got!
This is a fun, inexpensive way to celebrate the holidays with the B&B community, so please, join in! If you decide to participate, I would also ask (if you can) to put a link to this thread in your signature for the next two weeks, to help more people find it. The Barbershop doesn't get frequented as often as other forums, so the more eyes we get on this thread, the more folks will hopefully participate!
