But it's a dry heat!! Haha. It's still dammed hot.
when I used to work midnights I would wear shorts and short sleeves. My uniform would be soaked thru and thru just from my standing outside. Bi would usually drink a gallon of water a shift.

HOT, dry, and humid here in the south! 76 at 6:30 am and headed to 100.
Same here. They've already posted a heat advisory from 12 p.m.-7 p.m. Going to feel like 110 degrees. It's too soon for this.
Well it is going to be a high of 94 degrees F in the Baton Rouge area today which is really quite average for early summer around her. The telling story is that its 94% humidity. So while it isn't raining...I still feel like building an Ark, because my lungs feel like they are drowning. And just when it feels like it can't get worse...the relative temperature today will feel like it is 101 degrees F. Yes there are places that are hotter...but do you swim in it. If I imagine hell...it is Southern Louisiana in the summer.
Bill is here! (The storm that was dropping up to 12" of rain in TX a few days ago.) They are forecasting 1-3" here.

Still hot and dry all over Alaska really. Today we have a bit of cloud cover so it's only in the mid-70s. There's lots of fires burning right now and we get occasional drifting smoke blowing through town. Check the link for all the fires
