I interviewed three college kids for an opening I have. I know one of them was coached by his frat brothers, who also work for me, and he gave me an answer to question I hadn't asked yet - one of my trick questions that no one gets. Boy, did I make him sweat.

That's nothing compared to what his mentors can expect come Monday.
