I am also interested in this as the fragrance is fantastic. But more importantly, where did you see it? I've never seen it in stores and its not on their website, although the aftershave balm is.
I got a sample awhile back and thought it was spectacularly great stuff, both aesthetically and functionally. Not something I can usually afford, but very much worth the splurge. I don't think they sell it in the US anymore. Not sure about elsewhere. Anyone know how I could get some?
I believe, and I could be wrong on this, the St. James of London Cedarwood and Clarysage very closely resembles the scent of Terre d'Hermes. I can attest to the performance as being outstanding, and if I could, I'd use this soap everyday. It truly is a remarkable product and I believe to be underrated on these forums. It makes me feel like I should be driving a Bentley!!!!!!!!
I believe this is the first time in over 2,000 posts I have made on B&B where I have quoted myself
Anyway, I really should have followed up on this to say that I did end up trying the Terre D'Hermes shaving cream and it really does whip up a great lather on the face or in the bowl. It has an amazing orange color and smells just as beautiful as the EdT. I would compare the lather to any of the 3 T's in slickness and cushion and my face feels neither moist or dried out after using it.
The Terre D'Hermes aftershave balm is also an amazing product. I hardly ever use balm but when I do I absolutely love this stuff! The scent lingers for at least 2 - 3 hours on me and smells like a slightly more tame version of the EdT.
