Tea Friends

I have worked with a Chinese Tea Master here in Seattle for over 10 years. We have co-authored three books on Chinese tea. My teacher is renowned throughout the world. He has about 6,000 hectares in China where he grows award-winning tea. He has also invented a porcelain tea brewer which emulates the Chinese Gongfu (Kungfu) brewing method. His brewer won 2nd place in the New York Fancy Foods Show. My teacher writes the books in Chinese, then the two of us work together to produce the English. Each book contains Chinese and English. I will be happy to answer any questions, and to consult My teacher if I do not know the answer. BTW-If your beverage does not contain camellia sinensis, it is not tea. It is a "tisane." The more correct name of the beverage is "cha." I only know about a particular range of premium Chinese teas. I will make my next post in about a week, about Dragonwell (Longjing), which might also be called the national tea of China.
