Tcheon Fung Sing. don't smack me in the face with heavy perfume! Love it!

I always read on these forums about whether a soap or cream smells like some cologne or has not enough scent. I am here to say that the last thing that I ever want in the morning is to be hit with a freight train of strong cologne scents in the morning. The only scent I really want is the scent of fresh-roasted coffee perking in my coffee machine. That being said, for those of you out there that have troubles with irritation with shaving, maybe take into consideration your shaving cream and whether the oils / perfumes are the culprit! I have been trying to pay attention to this as one shave that I had last week turned my face some shades of red. I am thinking that the oils in that cream (Cumba Cheech - Razorock) caused some sort of irritation. That got me looking at soaps / creams / croaps that are mild but pleasing. I stumbled upon the TFS soaps when I was perusing Bullgooses site and bought a couple. THANK YOU TFS!! I am glad to find a super duper lathering croap that doesn't beat me up with scent in the morning! I am a fan. Now.. I am not saying that TFS doesn't have any scent.. it just imho very reserved which I really really like.

I typically will recommend KMF to those who have issues with irritation or are put off by strong scents.

If you haven't tried that product yet it is worth the $5 to grab one next time you are out and about.

The Famiglia line of RazoRock soaps are indeed made by TFS. It was likely something specific to the Cumba Cheech that was irritating you. I've been enjoying the TFS Tobacco Verde myself.

I hear you man. That Mitchell's Wool Fat was killing me so I switched to the Kent soap in the wooden bowl and have been having great shaves!

All kidding aside, the Cumba Cheech from RazoRock is made by TFS. Outstanding soaps for sure. Your skin probably just didn't vibe with that particular scent.
