believe it or not, i sketched something similar to that while i was in class today for my w&b.
i was thinking of doing a set of scales in the same shape as the whole blade(barbers notch and tail included) just slightly oversized.
how does aluminum hold up for liner material? does it ding up, and mark up the blade?
