What's new

Talc users...don't laugh too hard

So I have taken to using clubman talc after the aftershave, it makes things nice and smooth, even though my wife tells me it smells like an old man. I was at Rite Aid a while back and saw "Anti-Monkey-Butt" Powder, I laughed pretty hard and I had to get some simply because of the name, and it sat unused in the cabinet. I saw it today and thought "why not?" the only ingredients are talc, calamine powder, and fragrance...that's it. I will now shamelessly testify that anti monkey butt powder is not just for the nether-regions. It worked great, and smells good too.

P.S. for all you guys who want to get something nice for your girl, they make Lady Anti-Monkey-Butt as well.

OK, OK, you talked me into it. I'm now on the Anti-Monkey Butt Bandwagon. Will rig my old sock powder puff tonight and give it a go tomorrow.

Anti-Monkey-Butt powder is popular stuff in the long distance motorcycle rider world. Anti-Monkey-Butt can help a lot while earning your Iron-Butt title:biggrin:

Now I'm curious. Old sock powder puff?

I'm just liking the name. Old Sock. Who the heck needs Old Spice?

Monkey-Butt or Clubman talc,
Whichever you've a notion
Fill your hose with powder boys,
It's better than shaving lotion.
"That Old Sock really reeks like Cheese,"
Said the Captain to the Bosun.
So remember to do the laundry first
Before you put your Old Sock motion.

Yo-ho!, Yo-Ho!.

Here is my contribution....here is the chorus:

Oh...lather up and lather well
To get a nice, close shave,
If you grow hair like a baby's arse
Or grizzly from a cave,
If you shave without your lath-er
We'll call ya dumb, but brave,
So lather up and lather well
To get a nice, close shave!!

Old sock powder puff by the numbers:
1. Pull out 1 ea odd sock from your sock drawer
2. Give it a smell check to ensure it is clean, dry and serviceable (e.g. it doesn't smell like fritos or your stinky dogs, and contains no gaping holes).
3. Open powder tub and insert inverted into the sock.
4. Squeeze powder tub (container) until bottom of sock begins to bulge.
5. Tie off top of sock in an overhand knot. Store below the sink in an old Walmart bag so that powder doesn't go all over.
6. If powder puff requires recharge or you change your talc. Simply untie it and load or re-load as required.

I OPS checked this rig this morning, works like a champ. I'm off to PT so I'll let you know how AMB powder performed.
