My puck of Tabac has probably only one shave left. So what should I try next, or should I just open a stick of Arko to replace it with? Any suggestions should not exceed $15.00.

Are you looking for another triple milled soap or are you also open to soft soaps?
In any case, I wholeheartedly recommend Mike's Natural Soap for his Orange/Cedar/Black Pepper scent. The scent is out of this world, and reminiscent of DR Harris Arlington. A bar or tin of this stuff plus shipping will ring in under $15.
If soft soaps are an option, my second recommendation would be on of the new 'la famiglia" soaps from italianbarber.com. I really enjoy the Zi' Peppino (green tobacco).

Might try a Mitchell's Wool Fat refill puck. it is a must try classic IMO.... otherwise... hard to beat Arko.

Yup I think its time for Mitchells or Cella. Both are good values and good performers. Mitchells is not expensive as long as you get only the puck. You might want to be a little more specific about what you are looking for. What did you like and not like about Tabac suggestions from there.

Or you could just browse the web for a bit to see exactly how much Arko you could acquire within the $15 range. Couldn't possibly be more than two years' worth or so.
1. Buy more Tabac, as others have wisely said. (BTW, Tabac is not a triple-milled soap).
2. Sticking with a somewhat soft tallow soap, either Mike's Natural Shaving Soap or Mystic Water Shaving Soap. For me, so far, these seem to perform just about as well as Tabac.

+1 Tabac was my favorite soap until I tried Mike's then Mystic Water. For me, Mystic Water is phenomenal and my favorite go-to soap. If it's hot where you live, you might pick up Queen Charlotte Soap's Vostok. It is very chilly and also a great performer. Since I bought these soaps, my poor Tabac has been sitting the drawer, begging to be used.
