sword and arrow?

Picked up a razor at the antique street market today. it says "solingen" on it and has a logo of an arrow crossed with a sword. anyone know what brand this might be or have any info.

Is that a sword, or a straight razor blade with part of the tang?

well, I initially thought it was a sword...but now I'm looking at it again...it may be a razor.
