Super Bowl delights, what are you serving?

Well, my next door neighbor who usually has all the parties, says to me last week, "I thought that you were hosting the Super Bowl Party". So I graciously accepted the invitation. On the menu: appetizer, home made guacamole, with home grown avocados from So. Calif, my Aunts tree. Vege plate put together by my wife. Chips of several varieties. At half time I will serve Bar-B-Q chicken which has been dry marinade since yesterday, finished with Green Las Palmas enchilada sauce just before eat time. As a side we have home made pinto beans, cooking for the past 6 hrs with bacon, onion, etc. Spanish rice is rounding out the sides. Hope that you all have a GREAT SUPER BOWL!!!!!!

Smoked brisket, baked beans and homemade potato salad.
Bacon wrapped jalapeno's stuffed with cream cheese (grilled).

Buffalo wings, natchos, little hot dogs, pulled pork, mini-burgers, various sausage and cheese, Guinness, etc. That catfish soulds great:drool:

Even though I now live in Santa Fe, NM.. I loved the Saints as a child! I can now hold my head in pride and say my team is the best.....I couldn't be any happier. Oh yeah I served red chili tamales along with chicken and green chili tamales.

OH WHEN THE SAINTS GO MARCHING IN!!!!!! Great game, great food and great company! What more can you ask for? Wellllll.............?

I made an all meat chili, a sweet chili, and a veggie chili. Also made my famous Who dey Hell wings (guaranteed to make you forget how crappy the Bengals are) and my Lynchburrg, TN BBQ wings.

I took bacon wrapped dates stuffed with almonds, and a pineapple casserole!! We went to my boss' house and it was a blast. Great to see the Saints win!

What in the world is Loco Moco??!? Sounds interesting!
