Strange OC TTO

I've never seen anything like this one. It's an OC TTO. Anyone seen one like this?

What is it? Anyone recognize it?

Looks strange, the handle looks the most interesting, the doors look screwy but definitely an interesting piece that I know nothing about...

So weird! It's like a hybrid OC/bar with a handle that looks like three slim handles welded together.. Or something.
Also, it appears there is a socket wrench on the bottom of the handle. This thing has it all!

Could it be an old Soviet copy of a Popular? I'm thinking the same factory that was doing the slim copies. They then turn their attention to another Gillette Razor, an OC but to keep costs down they stick with the slim handle copy and just tinker it a bit. Also the handle end to me looks like one from a Megress.
