Did anyone else from Strait Razor May continue on into June? I've used a strait every day since May 1 except for one. Cut myself with my trusty Big Fellow DE. I had the best shave today I think I have every had. Used a newly honed Hess razor (thanks Hillbilly), finished BBS, no nicks, no cuts, no burn. At this rate, I don't know if I will ever go back to a safety razor. I had planned to send my Dubl Duck back to Jon (global_dev) to be rehoned, but decided to give it a go myself. I have always enjoyed sharpening knives, I have several Smith AR stones, so I'm going to try. If I mess it up too bad, I'm sure someone can fix it, right?

I'm still going. I travel a lot, so I'm only on my 16th shave since may, but whenever I can I use a straight now. Loving it!!
I'm still in. I used my DE once since SRM ended. Started out all, "dang, this is fast and easy!" and ended up all, "dang, these feather blades really tear a face up when shaving quick and not really trying!" So, my "vacation" from straight shaving lasted for two passes. I'm pretty much in it for the long haul.
Unfortunately I've not really followed through with it... I've picked up my DE razor since May, while I wait for my "proper" straight to arrive from Superior Shave. I'll then resume the straight saga with pleasure!

I have been sticking with it, but I have been alternating with my Futur. The straight I have been certainly enjoying, and it is much better now that I have a real strop. I couldn't go completely to straight, at least for now, but I certainly enjoyed the month long test.
