I haven't dealt with them personally, but Straight Razor Designs is one of the primary storefronts that cater to the straight razor crowd. The owners were also responsible for starting the Straight Razor Forum, straightrazorplace.com.

They are a respected vendor, with a nice selection of products.

Straight Razor Designs is one of the best vendors, I have made several purchases of new razors as well as other supplies there and have spoke to Don at least once regarding an order. There customer service is excellent if you e-mail a question typically they respond via e-mail or call within an hour.
I don't expect it from any vendor but they have also thrown in free samples of products as well which is always a nice surprise.

Yes I've purchased many times from them. They are reliable and Don the co-owner is quick responsive to emails. I've never gotten a free sample and some big order over $100 too. Don't expect free stuff, but do expect good service and good prices.
