Just trying to complete the set. Can we agree to ignore black and white puddings?
For a kid who grew up just before "instant pudding" became a thing, "pudding" is a cool sweet product. Or sometimes a cold gloppy product. But it's not like some weird bread that's been boiled for three hours in an old towel.
But y'know? A nice wholemeal pudding with a diversity of dried fruits, served with a large pitcher of custard to the side, can be a meal to itself. I think I need to put one on the agenda soon.
