Speick AS Balm???? Been using Proraso and it may be time for a change

So I have used the Proraso Cream AS for quite a while.....it works okay. I was thinking about trying the Speick AS Balm but there are no reviews on it. My primary problem is razor burn. I have sensitive skin and no matter how carefully or correctly I shave I get some level of it (mostly on the neck area). What do you guys think about the Speick balm? Any other suggestions will be carefully considered as well. I figured before spending hundreds of dollars on random AS's, you guys could probably help me narrow em' down. My only criteria is that I would prefer an AS without an overpowering scent. Thanks......

If you don't want a strong scent, Speick isn't going to be your answer. It's pretty potent.

AS or AB ? They both have a pleasant subtle spicy scent and are quite gentle products.

I'm afraid problem areas around the neck can be usually overcome by better technique.

Including alum, witch hazel and alcohol in your post shave routine may also help.

I haven't tried it, but I believe that the Speick balm has alcohol in it, unlike many balms.

True...it just doesn't feel like very much.
