Soap you just can't put down?

So ever since my jar of MDC Fougere showed up I haven't had a desire to reach for any other cream or soap that I have in my den. The scent and performance of this soap IMHO is just completely superior to anything else I have. So I was curious, do you guys have a soap that you just have to reach for when it's time to shave or one that you used for weeks or months before choosing another soap to use?

I have Arko, MdC in two flavours, tapac and MWF. The winner has to be either MDC original or there fougere which is a pain to decide which one to use.

I just received a shipment from Mike's which gave me all of the scents he offers because I like his soaps that much. I have been trying to hold off ordering MDC because I have so many soaps but I don't think I will be able to hold off much longer.

I used tabac as my no:1 soap until MDC came into the den, as of now i will only use MDC, in fact i must pif some of my other soaps, well worth the few bob

If you want some encouragement to hold off... I really like MdC a lot (a whole lot); still, I think Mike's is better.

Last one I had like that was the little Haslinger's Schafmilch puck -- the scent, the lather, the lanolin -- quite the package. Forgot about all my other soaps and had to try every brush over again.

Arko. I've got lots of other soaps..but I just rarely get around to anything else. Love the terrific performance and lemony scent!

Two soaps fall into that category for me: Mike's Hungarian Lavender and C&E West Indian Lime. I could live with either of these as my only soap. The other two that come close are MWF and Arko. I have many other good soaps that are pushed aside by these dominant four. I'm fine with that.

Cella off the brick!

I don't really notice much or any difference in the scent between cella from the tub and from the brick. The tub is a bit stronger but I enjoy both!

I have been using Pre de Provence and love it, its so creamy and rich and I get great shaves

I try different brands of soaps every know and then but keep going back to Klar Kabinett soap... It just works great for me. Lathers up great, smooth on the face and love the sent

I couodn't put down Mike's Vetiver till my sample ran out. Then I was a little sad. Full tin of Mike's bay rum that performs great, but is not as compelling. Strop Shoppe special edition Baker Street is most favored of what I have now.

Several Mike's fans and a couple soaps I've never heard of. That's why I like this hobby, there seems to always be someone who's tried using something I've never heard about.
