Soap and aftershave to pair with Dolce and Gabbana The One

The only shave soap scent that I've tried thus far is the col. Conk Bay Rum which does pair well with the cologne that I wear. I've been using Nivea aftershave balm, but would like to find something that compliments the soap and cologne scents. The Nivea has a scent that is... well it's kind of like plain Dove soap.

I do have Dolce Gabbana The One aftershave, but it feels oily, doesn't seem to condition my skin well and honestly can be a little overwhelming when applied to my face. If I do use it for scent purposes I actually use it on my wrists/forearms.

Any suggestions on a quality aftershave with subtle, but complimentary scent?

How about Kell's Arabian Spice soap and Musgo real AS (patchouli)?

Or Tabac soap (leathery, dark) and Pinaud Special reserve (leather)?
