Thanks for the response, I diluted the Winterwood with 91% alcohol and it was a great improvement. I used 2/3 alcohol to 1/3 fragrance.

I have some rose otto EO I want to try, I need to pick up some more alcohol though.

Anyone have a suggestion on ratios?

Everything tasted better, and probably works better as a ratio, when it's Pi.
