SMN - Before and After Cream

Hi, does anyone use the Santa Maria Novella Before and After Cream? I'm new to this and the forum and have been doing the following routine: T&H pre-shave oil + SMN shave cream + shave + SMN before/after cream. Is it worth adding in an after shave step? Thanks!

I've not used the SMN pre/post, but I would suggest trying it in place of the preshave oil. You should also try the SMN shaving cream without any preshave, it is good enough to stand on its own.

No need for pre-shave oil, I find that a hot shower and letting your lather sit on your face for a minute is good enough. And I agree, SMN shave cream is wonderful!

I tried using the pre-dopo cream before the shave today and it was fantastic!! I certainly won't be using the oil anymore. What a difference.

I use it as an aftershave balm. It is one of the best I've found.
