I just got a new bottle of skin bracer, and the scent is milder then my old bottle. Did they change the formula?

I have a new bottle and one from 1978, the scents are similar but not the same. The old is much more complex, less powdery and less chemical smell. I thought it was due to the age of the bottle, but maybe they did change it.
One way to get an idea is to post the ingredient list so we can compare them with what we got in the wiki already

I have some in its original glass bottle with an unknown date when it was made by The Mennen Company in New Jersey, and the ingredients list is the same as a plastic Colgate Palmolive bottle I bought this year. It's not specified how much of each ingredient it contains, so obviously manufacturers can change that and put the same ingredients list on the bottle.
The vintage stuff in the glass bottle seems to have a more intense smell than the modern stuff in the plastic bottle. However, the Skin Bracer in my rotation is modern stuff relocated to a glass bottle and it smells the same. Therefore I think Skin Bracer has been spared the wrecking ball by Colgate Palmolive.
What I learned from Lilac Vegetal is that you don't give an aftershave in a plastic bottle a fair shake unless you either refrigerate it or decant it into a glass bottle. You still may dislike "The Veg" but at least it smells the way it was intended to smell either refrigerated or in a glass bottle.
Many scents smell the same in plastic or glass containers, but for some plastic does have a negative impact.

Hmm, I dont know If Skin Bracer was changed, but I sure like the smell.
Then again, I am wearing new production Old Spice right now, and I love the smell of it. Even more so than the glass P&G bottle I have, though I love that, too! However, I intend on decating into older bottles. I have a small 2.5oz glass bottle right now, and the larger glass bottle on the way (both mostly full). I will say, Old Spice sure leaves my face feeling great, weather older or newer P&G. Someday I hope to find some vintage Shulton at a yardsale and compare!
