Skin Bracer Scent?

Another question for yous guys.
I love the smell of my Skin Bracer AS, but I hate how it fades. Is there a cologne that smells similar, if not the same?

My old bottles of Skin Bracer aftershave last three or four hours on my face - much to the annoyance of my wife who finds it too strong. I'm pretty sure given the bare skin performance it would last nearly working day when used as a cologne and splashed under clothes.

I'd have suggested Canoe too as an alternative - they don't smell that alike, but are plainly in the same family.
Regards,
Renato

Skin Bracer has some sandalwood beneath the powdery coumarin. I recommend sniffing Elizabeth Arden Sandalwood cologne if you get a chance. Very inexpensive, very old school. It's really about 50/50 lavender/sandalwood, an old-school fougere of sorts with sandalwood rather than oakmoss and coumarin dominating the base. It's been around forever and might get the feel and sandalwood of Skin Bracer, plus some of the sweet/powdery thing. I don't find it identical to Skin Bracer, but in the same family tree as it were.

Thanks man, I'll have to be on the look out for that.
Love lavender.

Well I went to CVS to pick up some new meds and mosied on over to the Fragrances section. Canoe smelt like a SUPER concentrated clubman, and nothing like skin bracer whatsoever.
Dunno where I could find the Arden stuff, but I might try it if I can find it at the right price/place.
