Mennen Skin Bracer - Odd Collectible

This Skin Bracer item weighs over three pounds and is made of some type of metal. It's a version of a Mennen novelty bottle (The Worker) that was released in the 1970s. I think it was used to create the molds that were then used to make the novelty bottles. but I'm not 100% sure about that.

If anyone has any information about this item, please let me know.
