I am going to the grocery later and may get Skin Bracer. I do have Aqua Velva that i am not too crazy about. Is Skin Bracer a better AS scentwise?

Yes, it is a great aftershave. I like it better than AV.
I don't like Skin Bracer at all and like Aqua Velva a whole bunch.
Only you can decide that. If you're not crazy about the scent of AV, stick with the Skin Bracer.
It depends on what you like. Smell it before you buy it. Aqua Velva has a range of scents, so you might like a different one...
I really like AV much more, the scent, menthol and the way it leaves my skin feeling fresh. Skin Bracer has more menthol too me but I don't care for the scent and it really lasts on me. Try both as they are great American old school A/S's and very cheap! Good luck.
I like them equally as much, so I have both in my den.
I own and use both, but prefer Skin Bracer.
Dude... why choose? Just get them both.... It's not like you won't use them up. They are aftershave.
I enjoy both so I have both. If I had to choose one or the other I would choose Skin Bracer, that vanilla scent at drydown is very nice.

Thanks for the replies. I think i will buy a bottle of Skin Bracer tonight. I need a splash for summer. I love the Razorock lotion i've been using.
I have both and love both. Which is better? It depends all on your tastes.
Give it a smell at the store. I think Skin Bracer smells better than AV.
Just piling on to add that I, too, have and enjoy both. Which you prefer is totally up to you--but at least you can open up the SB and give it a sniff before you buy to see for yourself if it will work for you!

I personally found AV to be a bit too much for me and got Skin Bracer. it works quite well for me.
AV - Mostly for sentimental reasons, but I do prefer it as a bracing aftershave. While I appreciate its fragrance, I don't much care for Skin Bracer's lasting balminess.
I enjoy both, but the edge goes to Skin Bracer for me.
Skin Bracer! Not even close.
