Does somebody know where Simpsons model name The Keyhole comes from ?
Something to do with history ?

I guess that the name Keyhole simply comes from the form of the handle. When you look at it, it really looks like a key hole from an antique lock, similar to this:

You mean that perhaps the Keyhole was the name of a former place, barbershop or something...

Maybe one of our educated fellow British shaver knows

I have no real idea as to why, but my guess would be that someone just thought a keyhole would make a cool handle.

Perhaps after the brush was turned someone said, "Hey! Looks like a keyhole, don't it?" It may not have intentionally been patterned after anything. Just speculating.
